We found Jocelyne at Trusted Transportation through a referral from our long time transportation go to that no longer provides rides to the airport. Jocelyne was professional, on time and cheerful (it was 3am!), and her car was clean inside and out. Highly recommend, we’ll be using Trusted Transportation again!

These really great folks took good care of an elderly family member when she suddenly needed to head to the hospital recently (ambulance wasn't required), when no one in our family was in town to take her. Very impressed and grateful for their considerate and kind service - they were very responsive and tried to make her feel at ease in a stressful situation. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! 🙏

Trusted Transportation has been an awesome service I've used for trips to and from the MSP airport. Jocelyne is an excellent communicator, confirms all of the information, and even when flights are delayed she is there waiting when I land. Great way to save money, time, and stress! Highly recommend if you need a dependable ride to a concert, event, or the airport.

I called to schedule the appointment for roundup airport from Otsego.got scheduled in and reminder texts the night before. Very responsive and was picked up on time. Jocelyn was kind and courteous and professional. I enjoyed the ride to the airport. And the pick up was easy and also right on time. I would definitely recommend and use her again for all my airport needs.

Hi, last Monday I used Trusted Transportation for a ride from Elk River to the St Cloud airport. My experience was outstanding!!!! After making the reservation Jocelyn stayed in touch with me prior to my departure date assuring me the appointment was confirmed. She even messaged me the morning of my ride confirming things! My ride up to St Cloud was great and I enjoyed taking with her on the way there! I’d highly recommend using Trusted Transporation and will be using them again too!
